Welcome.
I’m an observer, curious and a striving human who’s actively broken given norms, rules, excuses for the past two decades to unlock the other side of being.
The top line: I am a first generation professional in STEM and Management. I have over 13 years of work experience in consulting and global corporate roles. During this time, I worked with many CXOs on complex business problems in Operations and Product Development. Over this period, I developed abilities around focused problem solving, critical thinking, program structuring and governance.
Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to understand how authority, resources, and decision-making come together to drive impact.
The bottom line: I realized that we are sum of our actions (& decisions). Often, we lead ourselves with borrowed actions. There is no growth other than surpassing all kinds of (psychological) conditioning and to lead with right action for impact. The only way to measure ‘self’ and ‘others’ equally is on ACTION.
Rest all is ‘nice to have’.
I do NOT believe in any ‘givens’. I will always utilize honest enquiry to build an understanding by facing facts (what is and what is not) in the given context. I try to be grateful and my motto right now is ‘courage over convenience’.
I am single, I have lived in India, US and currently living in Switzerland.
I aspire to dedicate all my limited resources (knowledge, competencies, experience) towards ethical and positive impact businesses.

Father passed away. Started working to fund studies

First-time to a foreign land for a business conference. World is the place!

Broke-up a 6 years long relationship with my then boyfriend

First-ever solo, non-work trip, 5 countries, 31st Dec night in Paris.
Too romantic & fancy!!!
